Delivery and Returns

I send the majority of orders through Royal Mail 48.  Orders placed before 3pm will be packed the same day and despatched the following morning.  

I'm to accept returns but the customer is responsible for return postage costs unless I've made a mistake and sent an incorrect item (I haven't yet but never say never!)
